Stir-fried Cabbage

  • 5  bacon slices
  • 1  small head cabbage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1  medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; remove bacon, and crumble bacon.
  2. Stir fry cabbage and onion in hot drippings over medium-high heat, 5 to 6 minutes or until cabbage is crisp-tender. Add salt and pepper.
