Smoke the pork in a smoker, and we use apple wood chips. I use Mayo on my sandwiches and a pickle on the side.

Homemade Barbecue Sauce:

  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan and whisk well to dissolve the sugar.

Kettle Corn Recipe:

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup un-popped popcorn kernels

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and popcorn. Cover, and shake the pot constantly to keep the sugar from burning.
