Fish-stick Sandwich with Tartar Sauce and Cheese, Dill Pickle, and German Potato Salad.

Recipe for German Potato Salad:

Cut 3 to 6 potatoes into chunks, and chop 1/2 onion.  Boil together in a pot of water.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

Melt 2 tablespoons Butter and combine 1 tablespoon of dry Mustard with enough Mayonnaise to coat the potatoes. Chop up 1/4 Red Bell Pepper and 1/4 Green Bell Pepper and add to mixture. Serve warm or cold.
